Orbit Southern are delighted to assist our client, Morgan Sindall, with their expansion. The UK construction and regeneration group leased 1,420 sq ft of office space in 4 Heathrow Boulevard last September, and has now taken an additional 1,124 sq ft of office space.

Heathrow Boulevard continues to be first choice for companies wanting to be close to London’s main international airport.

Five small suites remain in Building 4 ranging from 420 sq ft to 3,540 sq ft and are available on flexible 12-month managed contracts. For larger requirements, Building 1 offers space from 2,354 sq ft to 25,574 sq ft and is available now. Coming soon Building 2 will offer a ground floor suite of 4,370 sq ft and a first-floor suite of 8,900 sq ft.

A range of amenities are available on the park including free yoga classes, regular gourmet street food vendors, picnic area and even a boules court. Together with the neighbouring new hotel development which houses an Italian restaurant and sports bar, Heathrow Boulevard is the established business destination.
