Orbit Developments (Southern) has secured the first letting at its 1 Heathrow Boulevard office building to Kuwait Airways Ltd. The airline company has taken 8,416 sq ft of the newly refurbished property and has signed a 10-year lease.

Heathrow Boulevard is a successful five building office campus that lists Lufthansa, Swiss International Airlines and the British Airline Pilots Association as occupiers on the park.

Joseph Matthew, Regional Finance Controller-Europe at Kuwait Airways commented on the relocation:

‘We looked at a number of properties and Orbit Southern was able to provide first class office space within a well maintained business park. Having relocated our business to Heathrow Boulevard we have developed an excellent working relationship with Orbit Southern and we look forward to building that relationship further in the future.’
