9,000 sq ft Redhill office letting – Redhill
SHW Business Space and DTRE have completed the letting of the entire 3rd floor of 9,343 sq ft to risk management specialists Aon at Grosvenor House, Redhill. Aon were represented by CBRE. This letting follows the completion of a comprehensive £1.4m refurbishment/improvement scheme to the building, that included new showers, upgraded Air-conditioning, re-modelled WC accommodation, Reception area and Entrance.
