On Wednesday 6th June Orbit Southern hosted a breakfast launch at the newly refurbished Grosvenor House in Redhill. The event was very well attended and the building positively received.
As the agents arrived the Orbit Southern team were on hand together with the marketing agents to provide a tour of the property and answer any questions. During these tours we had the opportunity to announce that only 41,397 sq ft remained available following the new letting of 9,343 sq ft to Aon Benfield Ltd on the 3rd floor on a new 10 year lease.
Two Many Cooks provided an excellent choice of breakfast foods which was enjoyed by all on the 2nd floor of the building overlooking Memorial Park.
