Orbit Developments (Southern) has secured a major letting at its Heathrow Boulevard office building at 284 Bath Road, West Drayton to the Department of Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA).

DEFRA has taken 3,033 sq ft on the first floor of the newly refurbished Building 4 signing a 5-year lease. The asking rent was £ 25 per sq ft.

Heathrow Boulevard is a successful office campus that lists Kuwait Airways, Lufthansa, Acer and the British Airline Pilots Association as occupiers on the park.

The campus offers high specification air-conditioned office accommodation over two floors with no airport user restriction and has an excellent car parking ratio of 1:288 sq ft.

Building 1 can accommodate requirements of up to 28,000 sq ft at an asking rent of £25 per sq ft while Building 4 has flexible space on offer in suites of 1,115 sq ft upwards at a rent inclusive of rates and service charge of £40 per sq ft.

De Souza and Montagu Evans are joint letting agents. Montagu Evans advised DEFRA.
